After that the
Latins priest was killed in village
Ghassaniya by a takfiri group belonging to the front of Nasra, and
because of the unwillingness of some Islamic authorities in cooperation in
order to bring security, and because
some groups are messing everything.
And clear that the
leaders of the Free Army is no longer able to control and bring security in
the areas under their control
and because
the killing and kidnapping people and theft of property and violation
of the sanctity of human beings and holy sites in the regions and villages
of Idleb, and because the ongoing
attempts to bring security and justice in the region, commensurate with the
Syrian Civil Code
We decided to go, to countries
who support and provides
donation to Syrian opposition in order to help in
controling the situation, and force the leaders of the Free Army,
to provide security
to the region
And speed up the
establishment of the judicial police and put them at the disposal of civilian
judges who are not belonging to any
political, religion or ideological
stream.
And bans and
sanctions on the leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood, because they are one of
the reasons of security chaos, and because of their control over the money
and Aid which they use it according their ambitions and interests, and their
plans, as well as they use it
to establishment of secret armed organizations which led to conflicts
between armed groups where civilians, hungry and needy became victim in
these conflicts.
And compel the
National Coalition to initiate institutional work, and if they can not, stop dealing with them and hand over the
case to the General Assembly of the United Nations or the European Union in
order to send safe-keeping force.

بعد ان تم قتل كاهن اللاتين
في قرية الغسانية على يد مجموعة
تكفيرية تابعة الى جبهة النصرة،
و بسبب عدم رغبة بعض الجهات الاسلامية
بالتعاون من اجل احلال الامن،
و بسبب ان بعض المجموعات
باتت تعبث بكل شئ
و الواضح
ان قيادات الجيش
الحر لم تعد قادرة
على السيطرة و على احلال الامن
في المناطق الخاضعة
لسيطرتها
بحيث يتم قتل و خطف الناس و
سرقة الممتلكات و انتهاك حرمات
البشر و المقدسات
في مناطق و قرى جسر الشغور، و حيث ان المحاولات مستمرة
من اجل احلال
الامن و العدل
في المنطقة، بما يتناسب مع القانون المدني
السوري
قررنا التوجه،
الى كل الدول
الداعمة و المانحة من
اجل المساعدة على ضبط الاوضاع،
و اجبار قيادات
الجيش الحر، بعدم
الاستهتار و التغاضي
عن ما يحصل
و الاسراع
بانشاء الشرطة القضائية ووضعها تحت تصرف القضاة
المدنيين الغير منتمين
الى اي تيار
سياسي او مذهبي
و فرض حظر
و عقوبات على قيادات
الاخوان المسلميين، لانهم
احد اسباب الفلتان
الامني، و ذلك بسبب تحكمهم بالاموال و الاغاثات و
استخدامها بما يتناسب
مع اطماعهم و مصالحهم و مخططاتهم
، انشاء تنظيمات
سرية تعبث فسادا
بالمنطقة ، مما ادى الى
صراعات بين المجموعات
المسلحة يذهب ضحياها
المدنيين الابرياء و الجائعين و المحتاجين
و الزام
الائتلاف الوطني بمباشرة العمل
المؤسساتي، و في حال عدم قدرتهم على ذلك، انهاء
التعامل معهم و تسليم القضية
الى الجمعية العامة
للامم المتحدة، او الاتحاد
الاوروبي من اجل ارسال
قوة حفظ امن.
