Decades
ago, Antioch church are detained with all sense of the words
Syrian Christians Has become held hostage by a stream which maybe I can describe it as a
stream that follows the style
which is worse than the style of
excommunicating "Takfirists".
Some
might reject this description, and may open the debate about the nature of
this description

we can not move away from the reality, and the concrete facts
In
order we could find denominators among all Christian views, to discuss this
classification, we
will be based on a set of facts, as agreed upon by everyone.
Perhaps
these facts lies in the answering to these questions:
What
is the basic structure of the church?
What
are the regulations and legislation which are governing the work of the
church?
What
are the regulations of the
relationship between Christians and the clergy?
The
answering to these questions will explain the characterization that says how the church became arrested by another kind of ”Takfirists”
In
fact, I do not want to answer these questions directly, but I'll refer to how
to answer it, because I think that Christians in Syria has become forbidden
to get the knowledge that comes from
right academic sources
And
here I refer to the need to search in the ecclesiastical references which are
the foundations of the church.
More
seriously, a lot of information has been withheld, where the most of
Christians, have been directed, and
still, in ways that do not know
where to expire
So, the clergy manages the ecclesiastical affairs and social issues without the
announcement the sources of their authority, which enables them to take certain
decisions, and actions, which directly
affects the lives of people on the social and spiritual levels
What
are the mechanisms that allows the election of the bishop and the patriarch,
and what are their authorities within the canonical legislation
And
what are the mechanisms underlying the Holy Synod to make decisions
So, Let ask the questions
Are
their presence are legally?
Are
their decisions are issued legally according to canon law?
In
fact, the Bible, including the epistles of St. Paul is the main sources of the church legislation which have
been founded by the
Seven Holy Synods.
The
canonical legislation built during nearly 700 years
And
it is the period in which the seven ecumenical councils have drafted the
legislation canon , and explained each article how it is based on the Bible
In
order not to prolong the explanation, and in order to get into the heart of
the matter
We
have to go back to study and review the terms of canon law.

قبل نوع اخر
من التكفيريين

الحقيقة لا اريد
ان اجيب على

دون الإعلان عن مصادر سلطتهم، والتي تمكنهم من اتخاذ قرارات و إجراءات معينة، ، والتي تؤثر بشكل مباشر على
حياة الناس على المستويين الاجتماعي والروحي
و ما هي
الاليات التي تسمح
بانتخاب مطران او
بطريرك , و ما
هي سلطات هؤلاء
ضمن التشريع الكنسي
و ما هي الاليات
التي يستند اليها
المجمع المقدس في
اتخاذ قرارات
هل وجودهم قانوني،
هل قراراتهم
هي قانونية صادرة بحسب
التشريع الكنسي
في الحقيقة, ان الكتاب المقدس, بما
فيها رسائل بولس
الرسول تعتبر المصدر
الرئيسي الذي اوجد
التشريع الكنسي في المجامع
المسكونية السبعة المقدسة
ان التشريع الكنسي
بني خلال ما
يقارب 700 سنة
و هي الفترة
التي عقدت فيها
المجامع المسكونية السبعة
التي صاغت التشريع
الكنسي, و شرحت
كل بند استنادا
الى الكتاب المقدس
كي لا
نطيل الشرح, و
كي ندخل في
صلب الموضوع
علينا ان
نعود الى دراسة,
