Fr. Spyridon Tannous met with a
group of Syrian opposition figures , who came
from Syrian, from the city of Idlib.
And also
with groups of armed rebel.
Also,
with judges from Free Syrian Judicial Council.
as
well as, Fr. Spyridon met members
of Islamic Sharia courts which created
by the Islamic groups.
The discussion focused on how to protect
civilians, and also has been debate about the causes of the killings and
kidnappings, which affects Christians
In addition to relief operations.
And it was clear that there are small
groups belongs to Islamic extremist.
In addition to the Muslim Brotherhood are
looking to establish an Islamic state.
But the
majority of Sunni Muslim
want to establish a civil state.
while
the christians situation is
not good, in
fact, they are threatened by Assad
regime and also by Islamic
extremists.
therefore,
the church represnted
by Fr. Spyridon
with cooperation with Organization " Syrian Christian for
Democracy", now are
dealing with this issue
seriously.
And is quite clear that the, U.S.A,
Western countries and Russia are
not serious about ending these massacres.
But there
is doubt, that they were involved
in this major sin in somehow
and
the Assad regime commits unspeakable massacres
